Our service levels
Platinum, gold, silver or bronze?
At the 2012 Olympics, competitors who make the podium will receive gold, silver or bronze medals. Here at Pacific IFA, we don’t believe that’s quite enough. So we’ve gone one better by offering a higher level of service again.
Our Executive Platinum tier reflects our conviction that wealth creation doesn’t come in a neat, one-size-fits-all package. There may be common elements in people’s aspirations but no two clients are the same. Some clients’ financial affairs, especially those of high-earning ones, are by nature complex while others are relatively simple and require only occasional fine-tuning.
That’s why Pacific IFA offers four tiers of service according to need.
Take Executive Platinum, which provides up to four, face-to-face, comprehensive financial planning reviews a year. At these, clients may whatever questions they want of their financial adviser – and be guaranteed the answers.
Executive Platinum holders also retain the services of a dedicated account manager who handles all administrative matters relating to the portfolio.
And there’s more in this premium package including a quarterly investment report summarising the status of the portfolio, and a half-yearly journal that provides fascinating insights into the wider universe of financial planning as well as being a good read. By no means least, our considered review of the full implications for wealth creation of the chancellor’s Budget will turn up on your desk within 72 hours of its delivery in the House. All up, Executive Platinum is definitely a top-of-podium service.
The next tier, Gold, guarantees your very own financial planner, two annual interviews, a quarterly investment report, the half-yearly journal and the prompt delivery of the Budget review.
Silver promises one annual interview and the half-yearly journal on top of the services of a dedicated financial planner. And
Bronze ensures a personal financial planner.
When we come and see you, Pacific IFA can help guide you to the tier that most closely matches your needs and aspirations.
As we say, everybody’s different.
